The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service skills and the willingness to handle animals are required for every position. Computer and animal handling experience is preferred but training is available for the otherwise qualified applicant. AM and PM shifts are available for some positions.

RESERVATIONIST: Responsibilities include answering the phone and taking reservations, both over the phone and in person. Duties also include checking guests in and out, cash handling and retail sales. Some animal handling is required.
GROOMERS: Responsibilities include approximately five to seven dogs per day. Breed-standard clipping knowledge preferred, but will train.
BATHERS: Responsibilities include shampooing, washing, and air-drying of approximately 15 dogs per day.
PET CARE TECHNICIAN: Responsibilities include taking dogs in and out of their suites. Includes walking, brushing, feeding, and playing with dogs; cleaning suites. Comfort with animals required.
DAY CARE & PLAY GROUP ATTENDANTS: Responsibilities include monitoring of dog play and ensuring appropriate play. Personal or professional experience handling dogs required. Also requires cleaning of play areas, and common areas as well as direct customer contact.
